Smoked Salmon Wedge Salad
It’s not so much a wedge as it is a thick-cut slab of fresh, crisp iceberg, drenched in homemade buttermilk dressing, then piled with cherry tomatoes, radishes, scallions, green peas, garbanzo beans, avocado, and a quarter pound of Robin’s house-smoked salmon. Did I mention the heavy sprinkle of our homemade everything spice? And the grilled bread that accompanies? A senior kitchen staff favorite, for sure.

Robin’s Awesome Lamb Burger
I love the rich flavor of lamb. It doesn’t just hold up to bold flavors, it’s enhanced by them. Robin made this at home a couple of weeks ago and I just had to get it on our menu! The burger is seasoned with oregano, cumin, coriander, chopped kalamata olives, seared on the griddle and garnished with marinated tomatoes, cucumber slices and feta tzatziki. You’re going to need your napkin!
