A salad for the season if there ever was one! A big, chopped fall salad of romaine lettuce, shredded brussels sprouts, and lacinato kale is mixed with batons of fresh cut local apple and shaved cauliflower, all dressed with a creamy cider-spiked buttermilk dressing. On top we scatter sharp cheddar cheese, smoked pecans, and fried shallots. Served with grilled bread.
