We showcase it in this flavorful pasta dish by grinding it fine and tossing it with cavatappi, fresh mustard greens, and a light-handed dollop of cream reduced with vermouth, capers, and a smidge of Dijon. Garnished with parmesan and toasted breadcrumbs.
