I feel that Chef Claudia made this with me in mind. Poached pears (I love pears) baked into a light fluffy vanilla cake, set on a pool of Earl Grey infused creme anglaise and drizzled with an Earl Grey-infused syrup (I also love Earl Grey). If you don’t want it, that means more for me!
