Hailing from Northeastern Spain, the musician‘s tart, was born from the “pay” that travelling musicians received in the form of dried fruit & nuts. Shortbread crust filled with dried fruit cooked in white wine and topped with caramelized nuts. Served with a dollop of whipped cream.
