Elizabeth Wiley has plenty of kitchen experience — almost 35 years give or take.
She planted roots in the Miami Valley permanently in 1994 as a chef and opened her popular Meadowlark restaurant near the Dayton Mall in September of 2004.
The chef — Wiley to those who know her — has since moved to a much larger location on Far Hills Ave.

Enjoyed a bountiful and delicious dinner last night with my family at the Meadowlark. Tried fried green tomatoes for the first time, Ali enjoyed her first spaghetti carbonara, and Walt found heaven in his veggie jambalaya.
This is a wonderful local restaurant in the Dayton area that utilizes locally grown food. They have an amazing menu and great beer list. The service and atmosphere were stupendous!
